MCA compliance refers to the statutory filings and disclosures that companies and LLPs must make to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) under the Companies Act, 2013 and the LLP Act, 2008. It includes annual filings, event-based forms, and director-related compliance.
All Private Limited Companies, Public Limited Companies, One Person Companies (OPCs), Section 8 Companies, and LLPs registered in India must comply with MCA regulations as applicable.
